The user is informed that the translations automatically generated by the service may be approximate, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
ALCAB does not guarantee in any way the quality, accuracy, or relevance of the automatically produced translations.

5. EDITOR'S LIABILITY

The service being in beta version, it is provided "as is".
The user expressly acknowledges that the service may contain anomalies, errors, or interruptions.
ALCAB shall not be liable for:The user remains solely responsible for the data they introduce and the uses they make of the service.

6. PERSONAL DATA AND HOSTING

Data is stored on servers located in France.
ALCAB is committed to complying with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ALCAB service, along with all of its components (interface, code, documentation, etc.), is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of ALCAB.

8. MODIFICATIONS

ALCAB reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions at any time. The user will be informed of any update and invited to accept them again.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, unless otherwise provided by law.
